The hotel was a great place for enjoying a nice enough area, near to Cabot Circus, and city centre. I had a really comfortable stay, the staff were pleasant, always trying their best. Family queen room with a very comfy bed was the best. Had breakfast in the bar.

There were WiFi and USB ports in the room, loved that. The EXCELLENT bathroom and the rest was clean. The location of the property was good and perfect, to the bus station where you can get the shuttle bus.

The vibrant design of the hotel created a lively atmosphere, and my room had a super comfy bed with blackout blinds that ensured a great sleep. The bar area was fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Common areas could use more seating options.

The property offers good prices. Its a colorfulhip new hotel nestled in a funky style building. The location of the venue is great, next to the town centre for real coffee and central Bristol and harbour. All what you need to get to a covered shopping centre is a 5-minute walk. The breakfast is nice, loved its service.

I encountered an annoyance with the lighting under the bed that wouldn't turn off, which led to a restless night. The AC unit didn't cool effectively, especially with heavy traffic noise when the window was open. Despite the lovely decor, the breakfast charged a hefty price for what was offered. Lastly, pounding music from the bar area seeped into the rooms well into the night-unpleasant for anyone hoping for some sleep, especially with early flights to catch.

clean hotel but minor breakfast issues
The staff offered really good service, always greeting us with a smile and eager to assist. The room featured modern decor and was very comfortable.
Sadly, some breakfast items ran out quickly and weren't restocked.
